Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories; ship the parcel using a trackable service and share the tracking ID with us.
